SocialAdr is a free service that allows you to share your links automatically with other users on more than 24 different media sites. With the free part, you can share 5 links per site per day. This gives you up to 120 potential new links per day.

These social media websites include Twitter, Delicious, Diigo, StumbleUpon, Multiply, Jumptags, SocialBookmarking, FriendFeed, TheTopLink, SnuggyThugg, BookmarkOrient, FindBetterLinks, StartAid, Bookmark4You, BookmarkerPortal, SoForce, OneView, SiteSays, MySiteVote, LinkaGoGo, Connotea, Share and Add Bookmark.

You can add 10 of your own links for free to ‘pass around’ to others users (which is purportedly 20,000). These links can be ‘spun’  in order to create more unique links.

The free version limits you to the 5 daily outgoing links per site  but can of course be increased if you upgrade. You can also add more than 10 of your own links.

To effectively use the free version, I suggest that you log in daily and use the ‘quick share’ button to send new member links to your sites and earn the credits used to send your links to member sites.

Youtube and twitter are extremely complimentary social media marketing tools for every online business. There are only two tools that we love and have tried with great success.

Tube Toolbox
and

Tube Blaster Pro

Both products are worthy of your attention and purchase. The only deciding factor may be cost. While there is an ongoing monthly cost with Tube Blaster Pro, Tube Toolbox comes with a one time cost. As is not always the situation, with a higher price comes a better automation software solution.

In our opinion, Tube Toolbox is the better product. Our reasoning for this is primarily that in Tube Toolbox your youtube users  for potential friends can be automatically added to the contacted friends list.

In Tube Toolbox you can run a keyword search for potential friends and add only those you have not contacted before. This saves you a lot of precious online time. When you enter a keyword looking for friends, the software will not add the profile to your contact list if you have already found and contacted them.

That is not the case in Tube Blaster Pro. In Tube Blaster Pro, the software will add the same name twice. It will not contact them twice, but eliminating this duplication takes a little extra time to run and slows down the process. After you have used the program for a few months, you will come across many duplcate names. Only at the end of the current process may you find out that you have contacted youtube and gotten back a message stating that you had hundreds of duplicate names in your current contact list.

Other than that, we highly recommend both programs. Both will get you thousands of youtube friends and a lot more video and website attention.

Important Autotweet Tips

Be sure you “share” your youtube account with twitter and facebook under your account settings. This allows you to autotweet your youtube comments, likes and video uploads to your twitter account automatically. Plus, when you share your youtube with facebook and it will display a great looking video icon on your facebook wall.

Tweet “Tweet This Page” is a common need for website owners. When you create a page you want to send it to your twitter followers right away. That’s were those ‘add this’ or ‘tweet this’ links come in handy.

This is especially important and vital when you have user or visitor input that you know they want shared. For instance, if you run a video upload site you want the people uploading the videos to tweet their video page to their users. You as a website owner ‘love’ that type of activity. Users are promoting your site!

While this code tweets a shortened link for the page url from which it is clicked, there are other codes that tweet only a static message. When you are trying to promote more than just your home page, this code will work best for that need.

Twitter has a simple input form that you can use on any page of your site to send the shortened page url to their profile. There are other codes that do the same, but this one from twitter has no third party system involved. That is useful if you don’t want your customer sidetracked to other website with it’s own agenda.

However, if you want maximum shareability then you’ll definitely want to include the “AddThis” code on your website.  This third party code has 316 share site options for sharing including Google Buzz, PDFmyURL, LiveJournal, Gmail, Folkd, Mister Wong, Identica, Hyves, Xanga and FriendFeed. It also includes a ‘like this’ button as well as free analytics. This is the best share tool we’ve even seen. And the price is right – FREE.

Ah, where to begin?

Here is our advice from over 14 years of building and operating websites of almost imaginable niche including travel, dating, casino, marketing, auto, baby, toys and more.

1. Open A Free Email Account
   • We suggest a free email account from either yahoo or hotmail as your primary email account.
   • While a google gmail account gives you much more in the way of marketing tools and related goodies, you want to save your primary email account for the most important contacts. You never want to lose access to this account because you will be using it for affiliate program contacts and renewal notices.
   • Google is your best friend and worst enemy. Google will delete your account ‘at the drop of a hat’ if they think you are spamming or doing anything else ‘bad’. You never want to leave yourself open to being totally ‘shut down’ by the actions of any single outside site.
2. Get Your Own Domain Name and Website
   • As long as you pay your bill, your website will continue to operate.
   • With your own website you can create an unlimited number of email accounts all by yourself. You can use one of these email accounts to create a google gmail and get access to their ‘funbag’ of free goodies like blogger accounts, alerts, Picasa, YouTube and webmaster tools.
   • We suggest that you get an ipage account where your domain name and webhosting space is all included for $42 for the first 12 months.  There are thousands of other webhosting options out there, but ipage gives you unlimited disk space, bandwidth and email along with a one step easy wordpress blog instalation. They also have 24×7 US based phone support which can be invaluable for new website owners.
   • Your domain name should include some appropriate keywords for your intended market niche. The google keyword tool is an excellent free tool that can help you select words.
   • At a later time you can also add more domain names to the same web host space. You can register those names anywhere and point to the ipage server. Godaddy is an excellent place to get deals on more domain names and help find available names from your keywords.
3. Sign Up As An Affiliate To Make Money
   • Unless you already operate a real world business that you want to promote, you need a way to make money online.
   • Amazon has an associates program that is free to join. They have just about every product you would ever want to sell
   • Commission Junction and Linkshare represent thousands of companies that want you to sell their products. These merchants can be quite selective and may not approve new websites. CJ has also been known to delete affiliate accounts if you do something that they or one of their clients do not like.
   • Shareasale generally has smaller client companies that are easier for new websites to represent. But some of these companies are not as established and may discontinue their programs.
4. Start A Twitter Profile
   • By now you know what you are selling.
   • Open up a new twitter profile with an email account from your domain.
   • You want to send your followers to your own domain. Your website posts and links should be sending your followers and customers to the end client (affiliate site) where you are getting your income from.
   • If an outside company stops selling their products, you can change the links on your domain to point to a new product.
5. Cross Promote Your Domain with Your Twitter Profile and Other Sites
   • Using twitterfeed, you can automatically send google newfeeds to your twitter profile as tweets.
   • Using the wordpress twitter tools plugin you can send those tweets to your wordpress blog as posts.
   • Open up a facebook account and link it to your domain.
   • Open a new google gmail account and sign up for a youtube account. Connect the youtube account to your twitter profile and facebook account so that all of your youtube activity is automatically sent to them.
   • Remember to make real twitter tweets, posts and comments. Do not rely upon automated activity to connect you to people on a personal basis.
6. Don’t put all of your eggs in one basket’.
   • Imagine you have 30,000 twitter followers and twitter deletes your profile.
   • Imagine you have 30,000 facebook  friends and facebook deletes your profile.
   • Imagine you made 300 youtube videos and posted them on your site, then youtube/google deletes your account
   • Remember that you can create unlimited email accounts from your own domain.
   • Remember to keep control of where you are sending your followers and customers. You want your own domain to be the middle man for these contact.
   • As a new website owner you may make a mistake that will cause google, twitter, facebook and others to delete your account.  As long you keep your domain ‘in the middle’ between sales leads from those sites your end product, you can make adjustments.
